Minichat was designed to be a lightweight compliment to the Userplane Webchat application.
Built in Flex 2 using the Cairngorm microarchitecture, Minichat is both highly stable and configurable. Skinning options are available through the use of Flashvars, JavaScript and runtime style SWFs.
Minichat also has a communications API that can be used by third-party applications to send and receive information.
JS-Kit (now Echo) offered a custom Minichat build as part of their online web services.
