Barcelona marked our triumphant return to Western civilization after spending two months in Southeast Asia and two weeks in Egypt.

After eating little more than rice in Asia and shawarma in Egypt, the sight of fresh bread and cheese was the greatest thing imaginable!

We spent a month exploring the streets and neighborhoods of the city, taking lots of time to just sit around and enjoy our surroundings. Tapas and sangria were never in short supply!
